Gift cards may be issued within 14 days of purchasing. Issue amount will be for the purchase price of the item. If a discount is used, the discount price will be issued. Discounts are not transferrable and cannot be used on a new transaction. To redeem your store gift card, simply email hello@jewelledfox.com.au with your order and the subject “Gift Card” in the subject bar. Gift Cards do not have an expiry date however are non-refundable.
