All fraudulent activity or suspected fraud will be reported to Australian Federal Police and banking authorities for non-authorised transactions.
Only orders over $50 are eligible for Afterpay. A minimum order amount of $50 is required for all Afterpay transactions. Afterpay is currently only available to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
Gift Cards do not have an expiry date however are not refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or reissue gift cards that may be lost or stolen.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once orders are shipped. Please ensure you provide email address upon checkout to ensure you are updated with tracking information.
After placing an order you will receive an email receipt confirming the details of your purchase. Orders may be cancelled a due to an inability to authorise a payment, insufficient stock, or suspicion of fraudulent activity during payment.
