JEWELLED FOX jewellery is covered by a three month manufactures warranty commencing from the purchase date. Care must be taken as our jewellery by nature is delicate and it is important you adhere to the Care Instructions. Proof of purchase must be retained and supplied upon lodgement.
The manufactures warranty covers against defects, it does not cover lost, damaged or neglected items nor does it cover items that have been bent, engraved or exposed to misused cleaning products, soaps, skincare and perfume. Scratches that occur once worn do not qualify for manufacturer warranty.
It is our discretion what is considered faulty and therefore deemed compliant for replacement.
