Items (excluding earrings) may be returned or exchanged. The items must be received by JEWELLED FOX within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day policy also requires the goods to be returned at the consumers expense and all items must not be worn or used and must be in the original packaging together with Return Form.
It is recommended that jewellery is returned via a trackable method.
All returns take approximately 2-3 business days to be processed, please allow additional time during festive seasons and flash sales.
Exchange is subject to stock availability. A store gift card or credit will be issued if stock is unavailable allowing you to repurchase once a desired piece is back in stock. Exchanges will be delivered using Express Post Australia, or a courier service, this may take upto 5 working days depending on address.
It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels being returned to our warehouse.
JEWELLED FOX will only accept returns purchased directly from the official online store. Jewellery purchased from other boutiques must be returned to their original place of purchase.
